Payment & Cancellation
Value Breaks
- Bookings made more than six weeks prior to arrival require a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room payable at the time of reservation.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival are payable in full at the time of reservation of which £50 will constitute a non-refundable deposit.
- Balance payments will be required six weeks prior to arrival and failure to pay the balance due will result in cancellation.
- Bookings cancelled more than seven days prior to arrival shall forfeit their deposit but will be refunded the remaining balance.
- Bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival shall forfeit all monies paid.
- Bookings may be changed to another date within three months of the original arrival date subject to availability and to payment of any difference in price together with a £25 administration fee.
Sale Items and Discounted Value Breaks
- Must be paid in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable
- If a change to another arrival date is required, subject to availablity and within three months of the original date, then guests must upgrade to the normal Value Break and pay any difference in price. The new break will then be non refundable.
- We recomend that guest booking non-refundable packages consider taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover events such as sickness.
One Night Specials
- Must be paid in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable and may not be altered.
